How to set up Travelio

Travelio combines a travel website, booking back office and Flutter app. Start with one package and test how it moves from a customer request to confirmed booking before adding suppliers or live inventory feeds.

Set up and test the first workflow

  1. Choose the installation path

The author’s shared-hosting guide specifies PHP 8.3 or later. With cPanel and no terminal, build the Composer dependencies locally from WebSourceCode, then upload the package with its hidden configuration files. Use the documented web root layout and keep private Laravel files outside public access.

  2. Install the web panel and configure a sample tour

Create an empty database and run the browser installer at /install for a fresh cPanel install. Create the owner account, configure the agency’s details and publish one sample package with a clear cancellation policy. Use test payments or a staff-reviewed bank transfer before enabling live payments.

  3. Connect the Flutter build

Point the mobile app at your staging backend and follow the matching API and app build documentation. Check login with two test roles and verify each sees only its own functions. Complete a test booking and verify that status and payment records agree between the app and the admin panel.

Brand it for your business

TechCSC can configure your agency’s domain, design, package categories, enquiry flow and app identifiers. We can review a local payment or hotel API separately where the built-in integrations do not fit your market.

Record which portal roles, gateways and vendors were enabled. For a marketplace launch, test listing approval, commissions and payouts with one vendor before onboarding more suppliers.

Troubleshooting and buying questions

What if app login shows a missing key?

A commenter saw this on the shared demo. The author attributed it to a possible configuration change on the demo. On your own staging system, check the app URL and API settings against the guide for your version. Capture the exact error and app build number if it persists.

Can an older Travelio install support multiple vendors?

An older comment says the feature was absent at the time. The current listing describes an optional marketplace. Verify your installed release and test a vendor account, a listing approval and a payout in staging before promising the workflow to suppliers.
