Website enquiries and contact details

When you send a requirement through our enquiry form, we store your name, your email and either the mobile/WhatsApp number or Telegram username you choose to provide, selected service and requirement in our private enquiry inbox. We use these details to review your request and contact you about it. Sending a requirement does not create an account, make a payment or commit you to a project.

You can also contact us directly through WhatsApp, phone or email. Opening WhatsApp or an email draft shares the text with the app you choose; you decide whether to send it. Please do not include passwords, private keys or other access credentials in an enquiry.

Enquiry information is retained as needed to discuss your request, provide agreed services and keep relevant business records. Contact admin@techcsc.com to ask about or request deletion of your enquiry details.

Your account and project workspace

When you create an account, we store your name, email, contact information and a hashed password on our hosting service. The workspace stores the briefs, milestones, messages and approvals you submit. You can access your own projects; authorized TechCSC administrators manage delivery. Essential session cookies keep you signed in and protect forms. We do not load Google Analytics on account or private project pages. Password reset links are single use and expire after 60 minutes.

Portfolio permission

Completion does not automatically publish a project. TechCSC prepares a separate public case study, which the client can review and approve in the workspace. Only the approved revision can be published. Private project briefs, internal notes and discussion are not part of a public case study. Clients may withdraw approval in the workspace; this removes the case study from our public portfolio. Third parties may retain previously viewed copies.

Interactive examples

Example previews and the project chooser run in your browser. They use illustrative content and do not connect accounts, place orders, make bookings or create blockchain transactions. A project request is saved only when you submit it after signing in.

When you contact us

If you send us an email or WhatsApp message, or call us, we receive the details you provide. We use those details to discuss and respond to your enquiry. Avoid sending passwords, payment information or other sensitive material in an initial enquiry.

Website requests

Visiting the website requires your browser to send requests to the hosting provider. The provider may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs under its own policies.

Cookies and analytics

Optional Google Analytics loads only after you choose Accept analytics. If you reject it or do not choose, the agency pages do not load Google Analytics. We remember your Analytics choice in browser storage for up to 180 days. Display settings can also save your water-effect preference in browser storage. The mouse effect runs locally and does not send pointer movements to our server. Change the effect using Display settings, and change Analytics consent using Cookie preferences in the footer. If you withdraw consent, collection is disabled and we remove accessible Google Analytics cookies for this domain. Google may retain data already collected under its retention settings. Client sign-in and project pages use essential cookies for their functions and do not load optional Analytics.

When enabled, Google Analytics processes usage and device information, including pages visited and contact-link clicks, and may set analytics cookies lasting up to 180 days. We do not send the name, email address, phone number or message entered into the enquiry form as event data. When you opt in, Analytics may record that a website enquiry was received, without its contact details or requirement text. Contact-link clicks measure intent and do not prove that an external message was sent. Advertising personalization is disabled.
