How to set up SnapBuy

SnapBuy provides a Laravel admin and API, a Next.js storefront, and Flutter apps for customers and delivery staff. It is a starting point for a business that manages stock and fulfilment across its own outlets.

Set up and test the first workflow

  1. Set up a VPS and choose stable domains

Follow WRTeam’s server checklist. Budget shared hosting is a poor fit because the platform needs background workers, WebSockets, and a Node process for the web app. Choose HTTPS hostnames for the panel and storefront before compiling the apps.

  2. Install the panel and configure one outlet

Run the panel installer following the author’s order of operations. Check the database, environment, scheduled tasks and services. Add one outlet, a small product range, a delivery zone and an agreed payment method before expanding the catalogue.

  3. Connect the storefront and apps

Point the Next.js storefront and both Flutter builds to the panel API as documented. Configure the integrations you intend to use. Test in-zone and out-of-zone addresses, low stock, payment outcomes, delivery assignment and cancellations with sample orders.

Brand it for your business

TechCSC can configure storefront colours, logos, app icons, names and notification copy, then tailor the delivery zones, order statuses and staff roles. We can prepare signed app builds for your own store accounts and check the handoff from checkout to dispatch.

Launch one route or neighbourhood first. Document who handles failed payments, stock differences and late deliveries. Keep a backup and restart instructions for the queue, WebSocket and storefront processes.

Troubleshooting and buying questions

Can independent sellers list their own products?

WRTeam clarified in the comments that SnapBuy supports one vendor with multiple stores. Seller onboarding, independent settlement and vendor subscriptions require a separate marketplace scope. Confirm the model before buying.

What if the demo app fails in TestFlight?

A buyer reported a TestFlight issue and the author supplied current demo links. Check the invite and build availability first. If your branded build fails, record the device, iOS version and build number, then test sign-in and API access separately.

CodeCanyon discussion ↗

What happens if I change the API domain after launch?

The setup guide says the panel URL is used by the storefront and compiled into the mobile apps. Plan for storefront configuration changes and rebuilt app releases, then test redirects and API access before switching DNS.
