How to set up TableTrack
TableTrack is a restaurant management system that can support multiple restaurants. For a first launch, configure one location and test the full path from a table order to the kitchen and receipt.
Set up and test the first workflow
Prepare the application host
The author’s installer guide lists PHP 8.2 or newer and required extensions. Create a database and user dedicated to TableTrack. Set up a staging domain with HTTPS and use the installer path for your deployment layout.
Configure one restaurant
Follow the installer and public-directory guide for your hosting setup. Replace any default administrator credentials before exposing the site. Configure a sample menu, table and staff account. Check whether the printer or other workflow you need uses a separate module.
Run a full shift test
Place sample dine-in and takeaway orders. Check the kitchen order ticket, payment and receipt. Test a paid-order cancellation and confirm how the gateway refund and payment record are handled. Close the register and reconcile totals before going live.

Troubleshooting and buying questions
What if Orders returns a 500 error after updating?
A buyer reported this after updating to v1.3.21. The public thread did not establish a fix. Record the installed version and the time of the error, check the application log on staging and test a backup restore before touching production.
Can the kitchen ticket hide prices?
The author told a commenter that printing without prices was unavailable in the version being discussed. Test your release and print layout before promising separate kitchen and customer formats.
