How to set up eBroker
eBroker is a starting point for a property listing platform. Launch with one service area and a small set of listings so your team can check what owners, agents and buyers actually see.
Set up and test the first workflow
Set up the admin and API first
Use the author’s server guide for your package. The prerequisites list PHP 8.1 or newer for the Laravel admin. Prepare HTTPS, an empty database and the required PHP extensions. Set the admin domain and complete the vendor’s installer before configuring the app.
Configure maps and the mobile build
Set up the map and Places credentials described in the admin docs. Follow the app guide for the Flutter and Java versions required by your release. Give your builds their own app identifiers and point them to the staging API. If you need search-indexable web pages, check WRTeam’s separate SEO deployment path and its VPS requirement.
Test one sale or rental listing
Create a test account on a real device. Submit a listing with photos and a location, then check moderation and search. From another account, submit a sample enquiry and verify that it reaches the intended recipient.
Brand it for your business

Keep map and developer accounts under your organisation’s control. Agree who moderates listings and checks enquiry delivery after an update.
Troubleshooting and buying questions
What if the phone receives an OTP but registration still fails?
A buyer reported that the code arrived but the app failed to save the account. The author team requested logs and screenshots through support. Test a clean signup on your own staging build and record the app version and server error before assuming it is an SMS issue.
